You can enroll your Mac devices through Intune and manage updates and applications via Intune. This will make it easier to report the status of devices, check versions, remotely wipe devices, and manage them. Device enrollment is done through the Company Portal application. After logging into the Company Portal, you will need to load the profile information. While loading the profile information, you may encounter the following error:
The reason for this is that there is an existing profile already installed on your computer. This profile may contain outdated certificate information, causing the profile you are trying to load to fail.
To resolve this error, follow these steps:
Click on System Settings and go to the Profile menu.
Delete the profile that appears as the Management Profile.
After deleting the profile, try loading the profile again through the Company Portal. Your computer will successfully load the profile without errors, and your device will be enrolled in Intune.
